True Physio are open as normal.
A note for our patients:
We are totally dedicated to the safety of our patients and our staff. At the same time, we know that pain doesn’t stop for a virus and so our patients still need us. So, we will stay open for as long as we can do safely but will be guided by the government advice.
We always make sure that our clinics are clean. At the moment we are cleaning and sanitising even more frequently to make the environment as safe as possible for people to visit. We are asking our patients to clean and sanitise their hands before and after visiting us. In short we’re doing everything possible to keep supporting our patients safely.
We believe that nobody should have to just put up with pain so we have to find more ways to support our patients. With this in mind, we were planning on launching online consultations later in the year, but we’ve now decided to introduce them immediately.
These consultations will give you access to our Expert Physios. They will still assess, and be able to diagnose your issue. They’ll still be able to give you advice on what to do and what not to do. And we can give you an exercise programme which will help tackle your pain. We even have products that are available to help you manage your own problems and replicate some treatments that we would normally do.
If you need us and feel happy to come into the clinics, please do so. If you need us, but either can’t or don’t want to come into clinics, please get in touch with any of the clinics via phone or e-mail to arrange an online consultation. They are priced as £25 for an initial assessment, and £15 for follow ups. They will be carried out using Zoom so you just need a computer, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.
Our belief that nobody should have to just put up with pain extends to our staff. We have to support our staff and their families at this difficult time to avoid or minimise their financial pain. By continuing to offer our valuable expertise, we are hoping to minimise any impact on our staff, so your support is really appreciated with this.
If you have any questions or concerns, then please do get in touch with the clinics.
Stay Safe!
Andy, Managing Director
