We see so many people in our clinics who suffer from tension headaches. Often they put it down to spending their days at a desk. They wake up with a headache, or feel their head gets heavier and heavier as the day goes on. Most people just put up with them for months, but there’s no need.
The good news is that you can often treat you own tension headaches.
