

We’ve had a few people get in touch complaining of a stiff and achey lower back since sitting more and working in odd positions at home.
Lockdown has had a lot of different effects on the world, and one of them is an increase in lower back and neck aches.
So, we’ve put together a short routine of movements and stretches that you can do at home, without any equipment that will give you relief for a stiff and achey lower back.
