Merry Christmas From True Physio
To be honest, we can’t believe it’s nearly Christmas already. It’s been another crazy year hasn’t it? It’s definitely been, another very difficult year for many, individuals and businesses, but we’re delighted we’re still here to help anyone who is in pain.
A Busy Year
This year we’ve helped nearly 3000 people across 12,000 appointments in our clinics. We’ve helped people get back to running, football, cycling, the gym and all kinds of sports. We’ve also helped hundreds of people get back to work, be able to sleep better, be able to lift their children, and walk their dogs. We love being able to help our patients achieve all these things that are all so important.
Pain Map
We also launched Pain Map, our free website which will give you a likely diagnosis and advice and exercises to help any painful problem. You tell us some information about your pain, and we will tell you what’s wrong, and what you can do about it. We’ll recommend products that can help you relieve the pain and recommend a Therapist local to you that can help. All in a few minutes, and totally free. You can find the site at www.painmap.com.
Time For A Rest
We have decided to close between Christmas and New Year this year. We’ll be closing at 1pm on Friday 24th December and reopening our clinics at 8am on Tuesday 4th January. Our staff have worked exceptionally hard this year and with everything that’s been going on, it’s been a tiring year. So we wanted to give them a rest. We will be taking calls and emails whilst we’re closed but we won’t be seeing patients.
What To Do If You’re In Pain
We try to be available for our patients as much as possible, but for our staff to be at their best, they need a rest too, so we think this is the right decision. If you are struggling with pain now, do please get booked in before Christmas (Book Here) as we can help you feel at least a bit better for the break. Failing that, do please visit Pain Map and get advice that way.
The True Physio team hope you have a lovely Christmas, and wish you all the very best for 2022.
